Ma­king young crea­ti­vi­ty vi­si­ble: “Pu­pils ex­hi­bit” at the Kunst­hal­le Ros­tock

In 2026, the Kunst­hal­le Ros­tock will be trans­for­med in­to a stage for young ta­lent for the 32nd time: The “Schü­ler stel­len aus” ex­hi­bi­ti­on of­fers child­ren and young peo­p­le the op­por­tu­ni­ty to pre­sent their works in the fields of pain­ting, gra­phic art, sculp­tu­re and new me­dia to a wi­de au­di­ence. An ex­pert ju­ry sel­ects the best works from the sub­mis­si­ons and awards pri­zes — a won­derful tra­di­ti­on that puts the crea­ti­ve ex­pres­si­on and in­di­vi­dua­li­ty of young peo­p­le cent­re stage.

The ex­hi­bi­ti­on is not on­ly an app­re­cia­ti­ve plat­form, but al­so a mo­ti­vat­ing im­pe­tus for ar­tis­tic de­ve­lo­p­ment. In re­co­gni­ti­on of their com­mit­ment and crea­ti­vi­ty, sel­ec­ted par­ti­ci­pan­ts re­cei­ve a vou­ch­er for a year-long cour­se at Kunst.Schule.Rostock, which ac­tively sup­ports the pro­ject. In this way, the crea­ti­ve spark not on­ly re­mains ali­ve du­ring the ex­hi­bi­ti­on, but al­so ac­com­pa­nies the young ar­tists on their fur­ther path.
